so today marks the first year anniv of me attaining my license. gosh i still can't belive i can actually drive. hahahha.

school so far..is...hmmm...INTERESTING.


there are UPS ups and DOWN DOWN downs. its tiring and rejuvenating, its frustrating and relaxing. the kids can make u feel like killing them or yourself, and can also make you smile and laugh out loud. you can sometimes feel that everything you do is worth shit, and at other times, feel that you're really making a difference. in all, its definately never boring..




the up-sides : the KIDS, the colleagues, the never-boring days, the school-holidays


the down-sides: the KIDS, the endless lesson plans, the EARLY EARLY starts and the not-so-early ends (i work an average of 10 hour days), the school-holidays (we dun really enjoy them btw), and...the KIDS




but all in all, i've come to love my kids. yes, even though i feel like murdering most of the time. they're all different, they do unexpected things, they act up and ruin your day once, and then act like complete angels the next. they make funny jokes but i cant laugh, they keep me young, they keep me in check with the "cool" stuff and lingo, they keep me grounded.


but


they ALSO never shut up, talk shit which doesnt make sense, manage to piss you off more just when you thought u couldn't get any more pissed, disrespect u and think its fine, they give u compliments just to get off the hook for doing the wrong things, they blame YOU for the bad things they do and did i mention, they NEVER SHUT UP.



teaching is definately not for the faint-hearted. or those looking for a "normal" job. and so far, im liking it.


except waking up at bloody 6am and having to sleep before 12. SUCKS MAN!!!!
